Who We’re Looking For:
We are hiring a Senior Advocate with extensive experience in family law, who can independently manage complex cases, mentor junior team members, and represent clients in high-stakes matters. This is a senior role, ideal for someone who is confident in their legal expertise, passionate about helping families, and committed to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently handle and appear in family law matters before Family Courts and High Court
Provide strategic legal advice to clients
Draft complex petitions, replies, and legal notices
Lead settlement negotiations and represent clients in mediation
Supervise and guide junior advocates on research, drafting, and court appearances
Maintain clear and timely communication with clients
Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of full-time legal practice, with a clear focus on family law
Valid Certificate of Practice from the Karnataka State Bar Council
Fluent in English and Kannada, both spoken and written
Strong drafting, advocacy, and client-handling skills
Willing and able to commute to our office near Vidyapeeta Circle

About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who’s creative online and proactive offline — someone who can help grow our family law firm by managing our digital presence and finding real-world ways to reach people who need legal support.
As a Client Growth & Social Media Associate, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing our online presence, creating content that builds trust, and identifying both online and offline ways to help more families find us — from word-of-mouth referrals to local partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
📲 Social Media & Content
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts
Create content (posts, reels, videos, graphics) to explain legal topics and highlight our work
Build a consistent brand voice and post regularly based on a content calendar
Respond to DMs, comments, and client inquiries through social media
📈 Growth & Outreach Strategy
Come up with ideas to attract more client inquiries through online and offline means
Explore partnerships with local professionals (e.g., therapists, counselors, wellness centers, schools)
Tap into community forums, WhatsApp groups, and referral networks
Support word-of-mouth efforts by identifying satisfied clients for testimonials and follow-up
Suggest campaigns that fit our tone (e.g., awareness around child custody, domestic violence, etc.)

Help ensure a warm, clear, and respectful first impression across all communication channels

About the Project:
We’re a respected family law firm based in Bangalore, looking to redesign our current basic Google Sites website into a professional, modern, and client-friendly web presence. We want a site that not only looks trustworthy but also works efficiently — with all the necessary features to support client inquiries, appointments, and ongoing growth.
This is a freelance project with the potential for future collaboration as the firm expands.
Scope of Work:
You will be responsible for:
End-to-end website design and development (either from scratch or by migrating/upgrading the current site)
Creating 5–7 key pages: Home, About, Services, Testimonials, FAQs, Contact, etc.
Designing with a clean, modern UI that works well on both desktop and mobile
Implementing key integrations, such as:
Contact form with email notifications
Appointment request or scheduling form
WhatsApp/chat integration (if needed)
Google Maps (for office location)
Optional: blog, legal resource uploads, client testimonial carousel
Basic SEO setup (meta titles, descriptions, mobile speed optimization)
Training or documentation for minor future edits
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience designing high-quality websites for service-based businesses, ideally in legal, healthcare, wellness, or consulting sectors
Strong design sense — clean, minimal, trust-building layout
Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or similar, and ability to recommend the right one for our needs
Understanding of client-first functionality — clarity, ease of navigation, mobile responsiveness, fast loading
Ability to recommend and implement useful features for a law firm (not just design)
Bonus: Experience designing websites for law firms, solo professionals, or Indian brands
Deliverables:
Fully designed and functional website, live and accessible to the public
Responsive mobile design
Admin access for future changes
Final handover including necessary training/support for updates
Timeline: Ideally completed within 2–3 weeks after kickoff
