Junior Advocate

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Junior Advocate to join our expanding team. In this role, you will work on a diverse array of family law cases, interacting with our clients and providing legal advice under the guidance of our experienced advocates.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting all advocates with case preparation, including drafting legal documents and attending court proceedings

• Conducting comprehensive legal research

• Collaborating with clients to gather necessary information and evidence for cases

• Providing legal advice to clients, under the supervision of senior advocates

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience

• Law degree from a recognized university

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Must Have:

• A valid Certificate of Practice from the Karnataka State Bar Council

• Ability to speak English and Kannada

• Ability to commute to office (currently located near Vidyapeeta Circle)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Prior legal experience
